Article 1 Purpose

The purpose of these Terms of Use is to regulate the conditions of use and operation of the services of the "Etonne Plastic Surgery Website" (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

Article 2 Definition of Terms

The main terms used in these Terms of Use are defined as follows.

① Member: A user who has registered as a member by agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Site and providing personal information, and who concludes a use contract with the Site and uses the Site.
② Use Agreement: A contract entered into between the Site and the Member regarding the use of the Site.
③ Registration: The act of completing the service use contract by filling in the relevant information on the membership fee form provided by the site and agreeing to these terms and conditions.
④ Member ID (hereinafter referred to as "ID"): A unique combination of letters and numbers assigned to each member to identify the member and use the service.
⑤ Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member to confirm that the member is a member consistent with the ID and to protect the member's rights and interests.
⑥ Operator: refers to the operator who opens and operates the website on the Service.
⑦ Termination: It refers to the termination of the use contract by the member.

Article 3 Rules other than Terms and Conditions

The operator may separately announce the operating policy if necessary, and the operating policy shall take precedence in the event of an overlap between these Terms and Conditions and the operating policy.

Article 4 Conclusion of Use Agreement

① The use contract shall be concluded by the person who intends to register as a member and use the site agreeing to the contents of these Terms and Conditions and the operator's acceptance of the application for membership.
② A person who intends to register as a member and use the Service shall indicate his/her agreement to these Terms by reading these Terms and Conditions and checking "I agree" below when applying for membership on the Site.

Article 5 Application for Service Use

Users who wish to register as a member and use the Site shall provide all information (user ID, password, etc.) requested by the Site.
Members who do not register their true information, such as stealing other people's information or registering false information, cannot claim any rights in relation to the use of the Site, and may be punished in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Article 6 Privacy Policy

① The Site and the operator do not retain passwords among the personal information provided at the time of registration, and matters related to personal information processing are handled in accordance with the Site's privacy policy.
② The Site shall not be liable for any information exposed due to reasons attributable to the Member.
③ If a Member registers/distributes a post that is against public order and morals or is illegal, the Site may view the Member's materials and submit the materials to the relevant authorities at the request of the relevant authorities with legal authority.
Article 7 Obligations of the Operator

① The operator shall handle opinions or complaints raised by users as soon as possible if the operator recognizes that they are justified. However, if it is difficult to process quickly due to personal circumstances, the operator shall do its best by making a notice or sending a note or e-mail to the user afterward.
② In order to provide a continuous and stable site, the operator may require the site to repair or restore the facilities without delay if they are damaged or lost. However, if there is a natural disaster or unavoidable reason for the site or the operator, the site operation may be suspended.

Article 8 Obligations of Members

① The Member shall comply with the matters stipulated in these Terms and Conditions, all regulations, notices, and operating policies set by the Operator, and related laws and regulations, and shall not engage in any acts that interfere with the business of the Site or damage the reputation of the Site.
② Members may not transfer or bequeath the right to use the service or other status under the use contract to others without the express consent of the site, and may not provide it as collateral.
③ Members shall pay considerable attention to the management of their ID and password, and shall not provide their ID to a third party to use without the consent of the operator or the site.
④ Members shall not infringe on the intellectual property rights of the Operator, the Site, and third parties.

Article 9 Service Hours

① The Service usage time shall be 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, unless there are special business or technical obstacles. However, the Site may suspend the Service on a day or time determined by the Site for regular maintenance, expansion and replacement of the system, and the suspension of the Service due to scheduled work shall be announced on the homepage of the Site in advance.
② However, the Site may temporarily or permanently suspend the Service without prior notice or warning in the following cases.
- In case of urgent system maintenance, expansion, replacement, breakdown or malfunction
- If there are force majeure reasons such as national emergencies, power outages, natural disasters, etc.
- If the telecommunications service is suspended by a telecommunications service provider stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act
- In case of interference with the normal use of the Service due to excessive use of the Service.
③ In the case of service interruption under the preceding paragraph, the site shall notify the member in advance through announcements, etc. However, if it is not possible to notify the Member in advance of the suspension of the Service due to reasons beyond the control of the Site, the Site shall notify the Member after the fact.

Article 10 Termination of Service Use

① If a member wishes to terminate the use contract with the Site, the member must apply for registration termination online. On the other hand, the termination of the use contract for the Site must be made separately from the termination of the use of the Site.
② Upon application for termination, the site-related programs provided by the site will be automatically deleted from the member management screen, and the operator will no longer be able to view the information of the applicant.

Article 11 Restrictions on Service Use

Members shall not engage in any of the following acts, and in the event of such acts, the site may restrict the member's use of the service and take lawful measures, and may terminate the use contract or suspend the service for a specified period of time.
① Registering false information when registering as a member or changing information after registration
Interfering with the use of the site by others or stealing information
Impersonating the management, employees, or related persons of the Site
Infringe on the personality rights or intellectual property rights of the Site, other third parties, or interfere with their business
Fraudulently using another member's identity
Collect, store, or disclose personal information about other members without their consent.
⑦ Acts that are objectively judged to be connected with a crime
⑧ Acts that violate other relevant laws and regulations.

Article 12 Management of Posts

① The operator is responsible for the management and operation of posts and materials on the site. The operator shall always monitor for bad posts and materials, and if he/she finds or receives reports of bad posts and materials, he/she shall delete such posts and materials and give attention to the member who registered them.
On the other hand, members are responsible for the posts posted by themselves, so they should not post any posts that violate these Terms of Use.
② If there is a request for correction from a public institution such as the Information and Communication Ethics Committee, the operator may delete or move the post without the prior consent of the member.
③ The criteria for judging bad posts are as follows.
- If the content is grossly insulting or defamatory to other members or third parties
- Disseminating or linking to content that violates public order and morals
- Promotes illegal copying or hacking
- If it is an advertisement for profit
- If the content is objectively recognized to be connected with a crime
- If it infringes other rights, such as copyrights, of other users or third parties
- If it is deemed to violate other relevant laws and regulations
④ The Site and the Operator may temporarily suspend (suspend transmission of) the posting if the Site receives a request from a third party to suspend the posting due to infringement of rights such as defamation or intellectual property rights, and if a lawsuit, settlement, or other equivalent decision of a relevant organization has been made between the requestor and the post registrant and is received by the Site.

Article 13 Retention of Postings

If the site operator discontinues this site due to unavoidable circumstances, it will provide prior notice to members and endeavor to take all measures to facilitate the transfer of posts.

Article 14 Copyright of Postings

① The copyright of the posts posted by members on the site belongs to the member who posted them. In addition, the site cannot commercially use the posts without the consent of the poster, except for non-profit purposes, and also has the right to display them in the service.
② Members may not commercially use the materials posted on the Service, such as arbitrarily processing or selling information obtained by using the Service.
③ The operator may delete, move, or refuse to register the contents of the site posted or registered by the member without prior notice if it is deemed to fall under any of the subparagraphs of Article 12.

Article 15 Damages

The Member shall be primarily liable for all civil and criminal liability arising from the use of this Site.
② In the event of damage to the member in connection with the services of this site, the site shall not be liable unless the damage is caused by a criminal act intentionally committed by the member.

Article 16 Indemnification

① The operator shall be exempted from liability for damages arising from the failure of the member to obtain the expected benefits from the provision of the services of the site or from the selection or use of the service materials.
② The operator shall be exempted from liability in the event of failure of the service base of this site and telecommunication services provided by other telecommunication companies, and shall comply with the terms of use of the site for damages related to the service base of this site.
The operator is not responsible for any materials stored, posted, or transmitted by members.
④ The operator shall not be liable for any failure to use the service due to reasons attributable to the member.
⑤ The operator is not responsible for any activities (including data transmission and other community activities) between members or between members and third parties, or any other activities of members inside or outside the Service.
⑥ The Operator shall not be responsible for the contents, including the authenticity, reliability, and accuracy, of any materials posted or transmitted by Members and any materials that may be made available to Members through this Site.
⑦ The operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the transaction of goods between members or between members and third parties through the service.
⑧ The operator shall not be liable for any disputes arising between members or between members and third parties without any cause attributable to the operator.
⑨ The Operator shall not be liable for any damage to the Member caused by system failures that may occur without intentional or intentional gross negligence in the process of managing, inspecting, repairing, or replacing facilities such as servers or in the process of operating software, system failures caused by attacks from third parties, the spread of computer viruses for which countermeasures have not been developed by prominent research institutes or security-related companies at home and abroad, or other force majeure reasons beyond the Operator's control.
